All patients registered with the practice have a named GP.  This GP is responsible for your overall care at the practice.  This doesn't mean that this is the GP you must see.  If you have any questions about your named GP or indeed wish to change which GP you have been allocated, simply let a member of the Reception team know and we will be more than happy to make reasonable efforts to accommodate your request.

National data opt-out

The national data opt-out is a service that allows patients to opt out of their confidential patient information being used for research and planning.  For additional information, please follow this link https://digital.nhs.uk/services/national-data-opt-out
