Welcome to our web site. We are confident that our website will provide clear and concise help and give our patients the information they require in an easy and convenient format. Serving You
Our dedicated team are here to treat those minor ailments that occur as well as providing specialist management of long-term conditions and clinics covering a wide range of healthcare issues. The technology also means you can now do a lot of things from the comfort of your home such as order a repeat prescription or cancel an appointment.
Training Days
The practice is closed from 1 pm on the third Tuesday of every month for staff training. If you need to speak to a Doctor before 8am the following date, please ring the practice telephone number (01706 658905) where the answerphone will provide you with the contact number for Bardoc.

New Partners Join The Partnership
With effect from 1 October 2020, the practice is delighted to announce that three of our current salaried GPs have expanded their role and have now become Partners at the practice.
Our new Partners are Dr Ahmed (male), Dr Sefton (female) and Dr Allen (female).

This partnership philosophy extends even further and our active patient group exists to make sure that patient needs and the practice offering are always heading in the same direction.

Accessibility
We try to be fully accessible and wheelchair friendly and have a lift to provide access to the 1st floor.
Accessible Information Standards
If you have any communication/information needs relating to disability, impairment or sensory loss that you want us to know about, please speak to our reception team so we can record you preferred method of contact and ensure you can receive your health information in a format you can understand, for example large print.

Extended Hours
With effect from July 2019 the practice will be open one evening per week for appointments and telephone consultations.
HMR Primary Care Academy
HMR Primary Care Academy is commissioned by Heywood, Middleton and Rochdale Clinical Commissioning Group. The Academy's aim is to address the ongoing difficulty in recruiting, developing and retaining GPs, Practice Nurses and Primary Care Staff in the borough.

All patients registered with the practice have a named GP. This GP is responsible for your overall care at the practice. This doesn't mean that this is the GP you must see. If you have any questions about your named GP or indeed wish to change which GP you have been allocated, simply let a member of the Reception team know and we will be more than happy to make reasonable efforts to accommodate your request.
