You can order your repeat prescriptions by:

• Using the NHS App - NHS App
• Using the ACCURX App - https://accurx.nhs.uk/patient-initiated/P86009
• Fill out a repeat prescriptions request form
• Bring the paper form to the surgery, Monday to Friday from 8:30am to 6.30pm

We do not take repeat prescription requests over the phone.  You can e-mail the practice on the following:

If you still decide to collect your prescriptions please can we request you to collect from the reception only between the hours of  5.30pm to 6.30pm

Please allow 48 working hours for prescriptions to be processed and ready for collection.

If you've been off sick for more than 7 days

• Phone or visit the surgery from 10am to 4pm

If you’ve been off sick for 7 days or less 

If you're off work sick for 7 days or less, your employer should not ask for medical evidence that you've been ill. Instead, they can ask you to confirm that you've been ill. You can do this by filling in a form yourself when you return to work. We call this self-certification.

If you have questions about your medicine, your local pharmacists can answer these. They can also answer questions on medicines you can buy without a prescription.

They can also advise on medicine that you can buy without a prescription.

Many pharmacies are open until late and at weekends. You do not need an appointment.

Most pharmacies have a private consultation room where you can discuss issues with pharmacy staff without being overheard.
